Good morning Martin! What are you doing ? Took the leftovers from yesterday, cracked some eggs in. Pretty filling meal The houseowners went to a long trip too They have planned to drive as much as we will have to They’re going to Moldavia, correct ? From Belgium to Moldavia with a car Yesterday ended up ending pretty quickly. since we were exhausted Since we had travelled and tripped around alot We will eat breakfast, and we already filled the cars up yesterday. Petrol and also Diesel We went to sleep at 8PM in the evening Yeah, at 8PM like little kids Pretty harsh It’s not easy to just travel around 😀 It’s pretty early in the morning too It’s 9AM here, I think in Estonia it’s 8AM, so not that big of a difference It’s later with our time. So it’s 10AM, almost 11 there There’s a clock on the TV too, we should check. This clock says it’s about to be 9AM You’ve set the stove to Estonian time already ? 😀 We will drink our coffees and eat our fancy breakfast We wanted to try Belgium fries Fun fact: Belgians think they invented “French Fries” and not the French people So they arent French fries ? They’re Belgian fries 😀 We will go and try Belgian fries too then How much do you think we will be able to drive today ? I don’t know 1000+ Kilometers So like half the drive And then we will do a longer break in Germany The Porsche is actually pretty economical car Okay. We will see that today Basically the same as the Touareg. We will see Place your bets down below 😀 Which one is more economic Oh look, someone’s Cayenne is sitting there Hasn’t been stolen, luckily 😀 Did you find a new profession ? I bought a little lawnmower A lawnmower ? Where will you put that ? In the Cayenne’s trunk ? We will auction this maybe 😀 I just walked around this cool garage. Tell me what are these used for, and why are they all in here ? I don’t know that exactly Roughly, you know a bit Many cars have been confiscated by the Police, and they will go on an auction at some point. They are put here in the meantime Some of them have been involved in a crime of some sort So you can’t really touch anything, because your fingerprints will stay there 😀 I touched something before Will I be put in a jail in Belgium now ? You can’t get into Belgium next time I’m here for the first time, left some fingerprints. And next time I come, I’m wanted in Belgium ? 😀 Unlucky So yeah, this cool garage It has many floors, and one yellow hoist can lift cars and stuff to many floors Some people bring their own cars to be in a storage here, but some cars have been confiscated by Police In here are mostly “legal” cars, but outside there’s this big yard of cars We walked past that before So that’s what we are doing today We built a bit yesterday, and today too We didn’t build, we mostly took apart We need to put it together in Estonia Martin, what are you doing there ? Thinking about how to get out Do you want to get out ? I have to come from here, easy 😀 We are building a “matryoshka” here How many hours did you waste right now ? To build this matryoshka ? Sadly, I forgot my GoPro’s We should’ve done a time-lapse. We could’ve gotten some good clips from here. About how 3 men try to get a lawnmower into an Opel Movano This isn’t the end yet. This bus has some Immobilizer problems, and it doesn’t want to start up. We don’t have our special computers too, to turn it off So this bus has to fit into a bigger van too That’s why I’m calling it a matryoshka Many things inside one another Change of plans, we will be staying for an extra day Martin’s dad has some stuff to do here Thing’s always don’t go as planned. We are looking for a 6m van now to put this one in, and then we can start moving to Estonia with 3 cars. So the plans changed But we will keep you up-to-date with our things The trip would’ve been pretty boring, if we didn’t have to struggle with some things here. We would’ve started driving immediately. So boring, we would’ve lost some good content. Only highways then. But real life is much harder. I have lost count on the days, which day is it already ? 3rd day ? We ate some kebab and drunk some beer yesterday, and we came up with some more good ideas. Martin and his dad were looking for a van to put the Mower with the other van into It’s not that easy also, since there are some holidays and stuff here So they cant get it registered since here are some other systems, and we have to wait a day. But then comes the weekend and additional 2 days And they can’t get the plates for it And if we cant find a bigger van, then the smaller one will stay here, we will have to get some other way to transport it home. And not to come back empty handed he was looking for some other car. I don’t know did he got one or not It seems like the plans change every hour and minute And then I also thought that we should get something cool to bring back We saw that both the Cayenne and Touareg have trailer hitches in the back Martin was looking at the caravan trailers We thought we should get that, if we are here already. I accidentally found a pile of mopeds They’ve all been confiscated by the police so they are sold as a lot The laws are strict here With every violation, your car, moped etc gets taken away by the police, and you can’t get them back, since they’re auctioned afterwards. And some guy had bought 7 of them from the auctions and is selling them as a lot now I’ll add some pictures here Then I thought I’ll buy some kind of a trailer here Put the mopeds on the trailer, and then they are good to sell in the summer. But our adventures in Belgium are coming to an end You don’t have to do everything in one go. The content will run out if we decide to do so Martin isn’t in the mood to talk I guess. My back hurts. His back hurts. Old man, has Reumatism We were loading some stuff into the van yesterday, and I hurt my back there. But no more talking You will see a lot of highways now Oh Porsche man, tell me what happened? We almost got to Poland with the first tank First refill is because of the Porsche. The computer showed 30Km range With 640Km’s driven already And Touareg shows that with it’s fuel it can drive for 320Km’s We are so close to the Polish border here, so we aren’t taking very much of this expensive fuel from here. We will do a food break, change the drivers and then we will be on the road again. What do they give you there ? So we are on a tolled highway now ? How much does the range show ? 20Km’s So a little food break ? Talking to Martins dad on the Walkie-Talkie: Yeah, let’s go to the gas station Martin’s range shows 0Km’s almost How much was the average fuel cons. on the Belgian and German highways ? 12.2L per 100Km’s Yeah, let’s go and eat something. Belgian and German highways are done In the beginning at Germany, we floored it a bit. I got a tad over 200Km/h at some point But these SUV’s aren’t the most economic cars to go fast in. You got to get some proper cars to go fast with. Martin is there with his Porsche Well, boys and girls. How are you feeling ? It’s 3AM, we’re in Poland and this is our 3rd refueling stop Look how energetic I’m at the moment 2 minutes ago I almost fell asleep Hey, I’ve done 600Km’s with my whole tank Ouch, Martin is more of a man than I am, got it. Marko can’t drive. Would you want to ? You will get us home. What is it, only a 100Km’s to go 😀 Ouch, expensive fuel again. We have driven 1600Km’s Martin’s dad want’s to get me to this famous car lot in Lithuania To the Lithuanian car market They should have everything here He told me that let’s sell both of these cars for 7500€ and get something to replace them with 7500€ isnt enough ? How about 8000€ for the Cayenne ? It’s almost 9AM here. Not a long way to go till we reach Estonia Let’s do a little walk and then start moving How happy are you ? On a 10 point scale ? He is going to sell the car already 😀 Sold! Touraeg gone 😀 It’s very cold here It isn’t much of a car lot to be honest The old school times are over The old school times are over today you got to look in the Internet To find some cool cars, bid on them and get them This oldschool car lot isn’t working here. You come here just to see, since there isn’t much. And it’s very cold here Most of the cars are pretty crappy, there isn’t anything even remotely cool here. There are no price tags on any of the cars etc How many tanks we’ve gone trough ? It’s the 4th one The exact numbers we will show in the end I’ll mute this Copyright strike 😀 Martin goes to refill his car again, I’ll tell some stories. In the end I’ll show How much did we spend on fuel and stuff What are you doing here ? Cant cope with the car ? Like it’s the first day you own and drive it 😀 What’s the matter ? You’ve spent 24hours in this thing and you still can’t find what button does what ? I was about to tell you The Belgian-German highways to the end of the Polish highways Went super smooth and fast But these last few Baltic countries are a total struggle We got here pretty early in the morning The traffic is super slow here You can get super mad like 3times in 10km’s But at Germany, nothing happened throughout the 1000km’s we drove there The traffic culture is very weird here in the Baltics There are alot of roundabouts and speed limiters And there are no 4way roads I’ve been up for so long that I’m just grumpy towards anything I guess 😀 There goes the last refill to our Porshce With that we should be able to get to Põlva, and to Tallinn after that And I don’t think the Touareg needs any fuel There was some black ice on the road at some point The Touareg has some pretty bad M+S tires on it And because if that, it was unable to move over 20-30km/h at some points for about 15km’s When we’ll arrive in Estonia we’ll talk abit more Probably today I dont have the energy to talk anymore I’d like to get some sleep And tomorrow, after we’ve gotten some rest. We will recap the trip Is it the end of this trip ? We have officially arrived in Estonia. And we even got some sleep finally 24 hours has passed We slept alot. It was very good sleep finally. Let’s recap the trip with a couple of words ? It was the first time for me to do something like this 2 Veterans put me in this situation of not getting a hotel Let’s go straight from Belgium-Estonia in 24hours Trough Poland and all those other beautiful countries And then you have done the hardest way of it Well, it could be harded When the car breaks down or something And if you have no one else to drive We had 3men with 2 cars And we switched between cars, that everyone could drive both car And one could always sleep in the meantime You can’t go very crazy on the highways Sleepiness is a bad thing, if that attacks, then it’s it’s very easy to fall asleep behind the wheel Especially when the roads are long, straight and it’s dark outside I was always on the look, if someone started wiggling, then we swapped drivers We had walkie-talkies so that we could be in direct contact with the cars And check on eachother But the trip was cool, I liked it But the baltic countries in the end were a pain. Unbelievable how big of a difference To drive in Germany, and they say Poland is bad, but it was actually pretty good But the last 2 countries, where the speed limit was 70 and there were a lot of roundabouts The kilometers just didn’t go down it seemed like In Poland on the highways it was nice But at the end when the little country roads and stuff came The end got tricky Since the tiredness comes on, because you’ve been driving for so long etc Would totally suggest to the other petrolheads out there Who is looking for a cool experience, definetly do this You will get a new opinion on driving a car, and the countries too You will appreciate these things more Now I’ve done the hard way Next time we will come trough Sweden Let’s put here in the end Approximately all the expenses, how much fuel did we get for each car How much were the highway tolls, how much were the plane tickets Let the stats roll here Martin’s stats and mine. How much did Martin eat and drink beer in Belgium And how much Karel ate and drank We won’t add those to the stats I think the listing for the cars are ready by the time we publish this video, and will be in the description We don’t know the exact pricings as of now, we will have to calculate it a bit, so the price would be fair But to recap it a bit then How do you feel about the cars ? Oh yeah We had this challenge – Karel vs Martin Martin with his Cayenne, and Karel with Touareg Let’s say it like this I was expecting a bit more from the Porsche But actually They are very similar cars A bit of in- and exterior design changes But they drive basically the same way I wouldn’t say there is a big difference The biggest difference came to show, since one has these “balloons” with high profile and other one has low profile tires One has a bit tighter feel to the steering But the other one is a bit more soft But not too soft where it’s uncomfortable I expected a bit more yeah, what do you think though ? I like the Porsche The V8 under there is pretty fun The initial acceleration and sound of it is better But when you have your speed reached on a highway, then there’s prectically no difference A normal person would choose the Touareg For me personally, I like the Touareg more Since it’s actually more modern, since it has a coloured display, more functions etc Porsche was built before the VW Maybe the VolksWagen guys copied the Porsche and improved it ? But you can see the functions are the same, but the buttons are a bit different I think when we will lift the cars up in Tallinn And look them from the underneath, they will be very similar We will end our talking here Don’t forget to Like and Subscribe if you like content like this For sure we will go abroad some other time Yesterday, I already came up with a new plan I also thought of a plan, but I already talked about it earlier The tape is full, Goodbye! Talk about your plan, let’s tease them a bit My hand is getting tired, I’ll change the hand I thought that V8 is fun and all, but with this big body it’s kind of boring When I think of my hobby cars, then I’d like to get a S-Class Mercedes with a 6L engine Okay, some kind of an AMG ? Then I’ll bring myself some RS Let’s have a break from VAG group We won’t be with VAG group cars forever But for now it’s the safe route Because I know a lot about them But then we can research the Mercedes, and learn about it Maybe we will start to like them I thought that we didn’t buy the mopeds right now Before spring we should get a van, and pack it full of these mopeds And then sell some of them here We will fix some of them. And maybe even keep few. It’s fun to buzz around on these Maybe a moped trip in the summer ? We’ll go back in time a bit. Who wants a moped leave a like The more likes this video gets the more fun stuff we will do I think we are going to have a separate video about the cars too Both of them need some love. We need to change the oil in them. And show the cars underneath, and the accessory on both and the features If someone hasn’t bought them by the time if that But okay. Goodbye until then. And we will see if we get the cars up this little hill now. You can’t get them dirty though.
