Loving the pink/purple hue that this has to it. Is that just the backlighting or is its effects, color, etc? All of the above? Either way, it looks awesome!

Nice video Roberto. I'm working on the social media manager for 2020!! I heard about Adobe Spark at VS, need to get that asap – is it somewhat like Canva but better?!! I'm using your link to get that started. Question about video editing. I use Filmora to edit my videos, would I do better staying with that or switching to Spark for the videos? I am not a graphic designer by trade by the way, so I am novice at photography, video and graphic design.

I started flipping used sofas on Craigslist as a side hustle and made $65,000 in about two years. People were calling me GaryV and I didn’t even know who he was, lol. Now I flip houses and am a huge fan of GV AND Roberto Blake 👍🏻

    Yo…

    Not related to this vlog.

I wasn't able to join your previous live and don't have four hours to play it back. I wanted to ask if you could somehow, possibly, condense it into, maybe say a 20 minute vlog?

I believe I'm familiar enough with it from what other family vloggers have said, and although it doesn't seem very well known, I realize that the entire issue, which also involves YouTube (Google), is relevant to the fact that there is more than one entity that is in violation of the law. One particular of the entities is in violation of the first amendment of the (US) constitution, Freedom of Speech. However, if you're able to fulfill my request then I'd like to hear some of what you said in your live stream. I was thinking you could at least focus on some, if not all, of the most important parts.

There are about 4 maybe 5 of those lists that I can do, or have experience in. What originally led me to your channel was when in 2015 I lost my job and wanted to use my Graphic Design degree but didn't know how much I should quote clients. After a few of those videos, my interests sparked as a content creator.

1 – I could see myself doing something like that! Gotta work on my network first though!
2 – I'm decent at graphic design, but it's not something I want to do all the time. Maybe as a minor side hustle.
3 – Paid photography/videography is what I want to get into for sure, mostly videography! I do worry about my current gear not being up to snuff for some pro gigs, but I could always rent gear should they request it (on their dime of course).
4 – Being an influencer would be interesting, but right now I don't have a deep enough audience yet to support it.
5 – Just like with SMM, I could do this too!
6 – I used to do some (barely) paid blog writing back in the day, and I was okay at it. Could be a minor side hustle.
7 – Hey, that's what I mainly do these days, aside from school and eBay selling! I definitely want to expand my network so I can get more opportunities to work with other creatives and be able to sustain myself while doing what I love!

I really appreciate the connections you made about being a photographer. Using your skills for free to help the businesses your asking for clients from? That'd make hot leads instead of cold ones. It's just like all the collaboration, which I expect from you on your channel at this point to bring other professionals to your channel as well. I know all of that takes tremendous effort and I appreciate all you do.

I'm an artist and lifelong hobbyist writer who did a lot of computer graphics course work in high school (even though it was the early 2000s). In 2020, I'm absolutely going to get out there and sell graphics / apply to freelance jobs to do graphics. I'm planning to do book cover designs on a few specialty markets that do that. I'm in the process of writing up a "how to plan your characters" type guide to sell as an ebook. I already have a lot of my artwork uploaded to print on demand services like Red Bubble and Zazzle. I already transcribe & caption on a casual basis with Rev. I like the idea of freelancing as a social media manager or virtual assistant. That's definitely something I'll look into as well. I am also a YouTuber, though still a microscopicly small channel at the moment, and my goal is not and never has been simply to get monetized and coast on adsense revenue. I've seen the adpocalypses. My goal is to build an audience who will seek out my artistic services and products, and attract brand deals / sponsorship and brand ambassador positions with art related companies.

Something I constantly hear people recommending to artists trying to make money as a freelancer that annoys the heck out of me is "sell at conventions!" Why?
    1. This requires the initial investment of ordering your prints, enamel pins, etc. that you'll be selling up front.
    2. Additionally, tables at conventions aren't free. Some aren't even cheap.
    3. I live on an island with less than half a million people. The "artist alley" type opportunities that are accessible to me are a handful of craft fairs / farmer's markets and a single annual SF/F convention.
Bonus: Most successful sales at conventions are fan art, which is a very muddy mess of legal grey zone.

Greaat video! I'm so happy becouse I reached my goal yesterday – I made just over $200 profit with affiliate marketing. To inform you the truth, it wasn't easy to start making that much money and I have had a hard time for a lengthy time. It had been just last month that I came across David Strain Profit Strategy on Google. I started earning profits the next day I came across this guide and I'm so happy now! So keep working if you wish to make some money online, it's possible!
